Jason Herin


Jason Herin is the Owner of CBS. Before joining CBS in 2012, Jason was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for HD Supply’s (formerly Home Depot Supply) Power Solutions division, where he managed a $1.4B revenue portfolio across the United States in both Utility and Electrical market segments. Over his career, Jason has had a variety of tactical and strategic management roles for two other Fortune 500 companies, Westinghouse Electric Supply Company (“WESCO”) and ABB. Jason has diverse business management skills including Sales, Operations, Finance, Talent and Performance Management. He currently resides in Houston Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

Elizabeth Loge

Chief Executive Officer

Elizabeth has over 20+ years of experience in the field of Commercial and Industrial construction rental market. She joined CBS Rentals in 2014 and has served in multiple senior management positions within various business units including credit, process improvements, fleet management and operations. She is a dynamic executive spearheading improvements and procedural changes resulting in streamlined workflows and maximizing company productivity. Elizabeth has also been a pioneer in launching our Women Leaders of CBS Rentals program. She is dedicated to changing the stereotypes and break the barriers women face when it comes to careers in the construction industry.

Matt Odom


Matt Odom, SVP and CFO, joined CBS Rentals in 2017. Prior to working for CBS Rentals, Matt spent 12 years in public accounting as an external audit with experience in industries such as construction, oil and gas, real estate, and non-profits. As a CPA, Matt has extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and administration. He has participated in several banking and finance transactions during his time as CFO. Matt loves to work, mentor and develop people. When he is not working, he is either chasing around his four children or hunting and working outdoors.

Matthew Dacus

Regional General Manager, East Texas

Matthew has over 18 years of experience in the field of commercial, oilfield and industrial rentals. He joined Team CBS in 2014 and has served multiple roles including Branch Manager, District Operations Manager, District Sales Manager and Corporate Fleet Manager. Prior to joining CBS Rentals, he has held positions with United Rentals and National Pump & Compressor in various roles throughout those companies.

Chad Crockett

Regional General Manager, Central Texas

Chad has over 5 years of experience in commercial construction rentals. He joined Team CBS in the Spring of 2017 as an Outside Sales Representative in our Austin market before being promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Central and South TX. In October of 2017, Chad was given the opportunity to join the executive team as VP of Sales. Chad was very influential in CBS Rentals' decision to expand their fleet selection into large dirt and heavy compaction, as well as bringing on key accounts in the Central and North Texas markets. His ability to lead and develop young sales talent has been a major factor in CBS Rentals' success. Prior to joining CBS Rentals, he was a top performer for We-Rent-It. Chad currently leads our Central Texas region as Regional General Manager.

Jarod Oakes

Regional General Manager, West Texas

A native of East Texas, Jarod joined the Tyler team in 2015 as a CDL driver with 15 years' experience in sales and logistics. In 2016, he relocated to Arlington to open our first DFW branch. His versatility as a driver and then inside sales rep, and leadership as operations manager were essential to the successful launch and growth of CBS Rentals in the North Texas market. Prior experience in oilfield service, construction, and transportation management made Jarod the perfect candidate to establish the first CBS Rentals location in West Texas in 2019. As Operations Manager of our Odessa branch, he initiated opening a Carlsbad, NM location to better serve the entire Permian Basin region. Jarod currently leads both the Odessa and Carlsbad teams as Regional General Manager.

Trent Ledkins

Asset Manager

Trent has over 5 years of experience in commercial construction rentals. He joined Team CBS in 2015. His dedication and work ethic has lead him to multiple roles including Inside Sales, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and North District Operations Manager. Before joining CBS, he was in education for multiple years. Trent earned his bachelors degree in Business Administration from East Texas Baptist University where he was also a 4 year letterman on the football team. As the Corporate Asset Manager, his duties include the purchasing and selling of fleet along with setting equipment rates for the company.

Hank Stodghill

Regional General Manager, North Texas

Hank has been in the equipment industry for over 26 years. He started his career at the bottom of the business, on the wash rack, and grew to work in both operations and sales. As a manger Hank has overseen branches, regions, sales teams, and directed companywide fleet and service departments. His focus has been on mentoring individuals while developing customer-oriented teams.  

Oscar Rodriguez

Regional General Manager, Corpus Christi

Oscar joined CBS in 2017 as a Sales Manager, then promoted to Regional Sales Manager for Corpus, San Antonio, and Austin and later promoted to Regional General Manager of the Corpus Christi Market. He has over 18 years of combined outsides sales and sales management experience. Oscar led the Corpus Branch to being chosen as the Rental Supplier of the Year in 2018 and 2019 by the AGC of South of Texas. When he's not busy leading the Corpus Branch he enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family.

My personal experience working with CBS Rentals since December 2019 has been nothing less than almost perfect. I am quite difficult and most times demanding when it comes to my equipment requests, but my sales representative, Chris Evans, has always fulfilled my requests without hesitation or delay. I have called in before hours, after hours and on weekends, and Chris has always answered or returned my call in a timely manner, as cheerful as the day I met him. He has even answered on days he has been sick. CBS Rentals and Chris promised me an easy, no stress solution to ordering equipment, reporting service issues and accounting questions and concerns. That promise has been met time and time again. I have a one on one with my sales rep, so I don’t have to talk to multiple people when I need something, which was a problem with previous equipment rental vendors in the past. CBS Rentals’ rates are competitive, their customer service is BY FAR the best I have found, and the field service is amazing!! CBS Rentals has been my number one “go-to” equipment rental vendor since 2019, and I do not see that changing anytime soon.
